Lisped

Definition:

(verb) To pronounce or speak imperfectly, generally with a slight whistle or hissing sound, due to a speech impediment in which the articulation of certain sounds is altered.

(adjective) Describing someone who speaks with a lisp, often seen as cute or endearing.
